“The International Equestrian LLC “ is committed to your satisfaction. If you have purchased digital/subscription from The International Equestrian LLC and are unhappy with the product received, you may be eligible for a refund/partial refund if requested within 7 days of the original purchase date.

Refunds of Digital / Subscription Based Goods:

To be eligible for a refund on any digital/subscription based goods, the following steps must be taken:

Request of refund must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date however, not all products qualify for a refund (Such as our All Access Pass, PDF's, Coaching Programs and more) so please inquire if the product or subscription you have purchased qualifies for a refund. You may also check the "guarantee" (if available) which is listed on the products page upon purchasing for more details.
