Refund Policy

“The International Equestrian LLC “ is committed to your satisfaction. 

Due to the non-returnable nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds. If you would like to cancel a membership subscription, please email our team at least 2 business days prior to your bill in order to avoid being charged: 

We cannot refund payments that were already made and once your subscription is canceled you will no longer be able to access your subscription. Cancellations are made only after we have confirmed through our customer care support team. 

For physical products, we give partial refunds and product exchanges should your product be damaged or not working within 14 days of purchase. Shipping costs are not covered by us should you wish to refund or exchange your physical product.

Payment Plan Based Goods:
Once a payment plan has been started you agree to paying the payments until the end of the payment plan has completed. There are no cancellations of payment plans.

The International Equestrian LLC is committed to its consumers, and while we stand by our policy as written above, we also want to understand how we can resolve the dissatisfaction and better understand how we can serve you. Shipping Policy

All orders placed on the weekend will be processed the following Monday. For international and US shipping, please allow 1-4 weeks. 

Free Shipping is only available to those who do not request a refund and returns their products, therefore if you wish to return a partial refund will be given to you based on the cost to ship to your destination. We do not cover the costs of shipping for you to return or exchange a product.

Free Shipping offer only applies to the following countries: United States, United Kingdom, EU countries, Australia and Canada. All other countries will need to cover shipping costs separately.
