Level 3 Coaching Certification

Become a "Polework Intensive" Coach!

Requirements To Become Certified You Must:

Have Received Your Riding Masters Level III Upon Graduating from our "Polework Intensive" Virtual or In-Person Workshops (We are firm believers you must be able to RIDE what you TEACH!) 

Have graduated from our Coaching Certification Online University

Have fulfilled your 6 months internship under Coach Krystal's mentorship as a virtual coach.

Have attended 1 LIVE Coaching Level 3 Certification Workshop (See Clinics Page for more info) *This is the final in-person TEST so make sure you do this step LAST!*

Tuition:

Level 1-2 Sticky Butt Coach

You can choose to pay separately for each of the different requirements (such as our Riding Masters Virtual Academy, Certification Workshop & Coaching Online University) or you can choose to pay up front for the entire package. 

The "SLOW TRACK" - Benefits of enrolling in each one separately: This is the best solution for someone with time or money restraints to allow them to do the certification over the course of 1 or 2 or more years. This way you can also break each step into payments as they come and as you are ready for the next step. 

The "FAST TRACK" - Benefits of enrolling in the entire package and paying up front: This is for the serious equestrian who KNOWS what they want and that they will see their certification to the end. This route will save you money and time. With this you are on a fast track training plan to implement and follow in the fastest time possible. You have first dibs and priority when attending workshops with limited space and can save money by paying in full for the entire program in one go or by breaking it up into easy installments over the next 1 year.

All Virtual Coaching Courses Required to Receive Certification

The Opportunity to Intern Under Coach Krystal Herself as a Virtual Sticky Butt Coach in Training - You will be given your own clients and conduct "momentum calls" as well as give 1:1 video feedback to your clients under our tutelage.

Ticket to attend an in-person 6 day certification workshop (you do not need to pay the $2,000 attendance fee however any additional fees such as horse hire or hotels / flights or other charges incurred by the venue are not included.) 

A physical certification mailed to you upon graduation and the passing of your test.

A "business starter kit" care package. We will walk you through how to gain clients, what to charge as well our our clinic itinerary so you can start with your own workshops and camps.

Share Codes to your very own website "funnels" so you can easily collect monthly automatic recurring payments from your students and lesson clients. 

Access to our private "coaches only" membership site so you can purchase our workbooks as wholesale or individual books to sell to your students.

Access to our private "coaches only" group to connect with other coaches, network, bounce business ideas or exercise ideas with as well as collaborate with others.

Level 3 & 4 Certified Coach

You can choose to pay the fast or slow track way as well. You must already have graduated from your Level 1-2 Coaching Certification. This certification is required in order to apply for the Level 3. Level 3 & 4 coaches are INVITE ONLY. If you are interested in being invited to become one of our Level 3 or 4 certified coaches please reach out to us.
