I did perfect warmup 1 on the way to the arena (15 min walk from our paddock) - it certainly got Rocco’s attention! He was very surprised by all the transitions and was very responsive by the end. Downward transitions need work, he tends to lean on my hands and pull me forward. I need to work on making sure my bum stays in the saddle and my legs are on in the downward transitions.
Then I did perfect warmup 3 in the arena - that was amazing! Thinking about the breathing really helped. He was softening a lot by the end, and we got some good lengthening. Walk needs more work in this exercise, I think because he has a big head movement in walk and I need to get better at following it.

How do I listen to the Guided Audio Lessons While Riding?
