You are not a casual rider...

You own your horse.
You compete.

You've invested seriously — in lessons, clinics, competitions, better horses, better equipment.

You approach riding the way you approach everything else in your life: with commitment, with investment, and with high expectations.
And YET
Something isn't adding up.

Your trainer gives corrections but nothing permanently changes.

Your horse is inconsistent in ways nobody can clearly explain.

You keep spending and the results stay frustratingly flat.

The worst part?
You can't identify what the actual problem is.
Not because you're not smart enough. Not because you're not trying hard enough.

Because nobody has ever given you a clear diagnosis.

THAT DIFFERENCE ISN'T TALENT. IT'S A SYSTEM.

The traditional equestrian world doesn't think in systems.

It thinks in corrections. Exercises. Opinions. Feel.

Ask your trainer why your horse is inconsistent and you'll get a different answer every session.

Ask why your distances are unreliable and you'll get told to do more grid work.

Ask why progress has stalled and you'll be told to buy a better horse.
There is no audit.
No framework.
No structured analysis of what's actually happening and why.

You would never run your business this way. You would never accept this level of vagueness in any other high-stakes investment.

But in the equestrian world, this is just how it's done.

Until now.

This 2-day intensive is where that changes.

The Show Jumping Performance Audit is a free 2-day live event designed specifically for serious adult amateurs who compete, own horses, and are frustrated that their investment isn't producing the results they know are possible.

This is not a riding lesson. You will not be told to do more exercises.

This is a diagnostic framework — the same system used inside my private coaching programs — applied to your specific situation so you leave with absolute clarity on what's actually blocking your performance and what to do about it.

DAY 1:

The Horse Audit

Why horses develop inconsistency, resistance, and performance gaps. How to identify what your horse is actually telling you. The difference between a training problem, a rider problem, and a system problem — and how to tell which one you have.

DAY 2:

The Rider & System Audit

Why talented, committed riders plateau despite serious investment. The missing layer between instruction and results. How to build a development system that compounds instead of cycles.
By the end of Day 2 you will know exactly what's blocking you. Not a vague feeling. A clear, specific diagnosis.

Watch how applying the right strategies helped a USHJA rider turn their talented 1.20 m show jumping horse into more consistent and confident rounds at 56 years old.

These are riders who were exactly where you are now

"I competed in Luxembourg, England, Germany… and the only person who ever helped me was Krystal. When you film yourself and she shows you in slow motion why things are happening, you start to understand — and it really has a big impact. This is something totally different, completely personalized, and it really helps you. If you’re struggling, Krystal is going to fix it."

- Kristyna from Czech R.
- Emmeli from Sweden

“It was super uplifting to work with Coach Krystal because she is so for the animal and her training is very pro horse and to have the horse be a part of the process. It was a really amazing experience to see how to develop jumping horses. It’s an eye opener.”

“There’s a plan everyday. It’s very organized and I liked that. It was having an FEI II Coach to yourself and you can’t pass it up. I hesitated and was a little nervous but it changed my life.”

– Gina from Texas

“I was feeling stuck and caught in a cycle of falls. Every day with Krystal was a win — it finally felt like how riding and jumping is supposed to feel. It wasn’t about bigger jumps; it was about learning a new way to work with my horse correctly so we stopped frustrating each other. It completely changed everything for me."

- Sarah from Washington

"Not only did I do it — I couldn’t believe it, but at one show I got first place. I went from ‘I’m going to quit horses’ to ‘I just won.’ I waited my whole life to do a lap of honor, and I was so proud of myself."

- Caroline from Australia

Your Host for the Event

Krystal Kelly - FEI Lv II Certified Show Jumping Coach

I have coached riders in 140+ countries virtually and across 25 countries in person. I am from California, now based in Spain where I train and compete my own horses on the national and international circuit.

What I do isn't traditional coaching. I don't show up to sessions with a list of corrections. I look at the whole picture—the horse, the rider, the training approach—and find what's actually broken.

The riders I work with aren't beginners. They're serious people who have already spent years and significant money on their riding. They had good trainers. They did the clinics. And they were still circling the same problems.

The missing piece was never more instruction. It was a clear picture of what was actually going wrong — and a system to fix it.

That's what these two days are for.

This event is free.

Not because it isn't valuable. Because the right people in the right room matters more to me than a ticket price.

If you compete, own horses, and are serious about finally understanding what's blocking your performance — register below.

If you're not sure this is for you, it probably isn't.

Limited to serious competing amateurs.
